San Regis Hotel project.

This was a very challenging Project for TECO, because, by the time TECO got the consultant approval for the AV technical submittals, all AV manufacturers announced the end of Analog systems era and beginning of Digital Systems (4K), and TECO revised the whole design together with the owner to switch from Analog to Digital AV systems using Digital Media DM from Crestron.

Although TECO finalized the design of the Digital AV system upgrade from Analog to Digital, some other competitor tried to hunt the project from TECO, however with the support of Mr. Robin Van Meeuwen the CEO of Crestron Europe & Middle East who proved to the consultant and the owner that another competitor was submitting unreal Crestron Certifications, So the Client’s and Consultant’s decision was to switch the project directly to TECO.
